North Midland Building commenced trading in 1995 as the building arm of North Midland Construction PLC.  The company has enjoyed significant growth, achieving annual turnover in the order of £40.0m and the successful completion of many major projects.  The company benefits from a long term and loyal workforce to service both their new and regular clients.

History of North Midland Building Limited
The company was conceived in an initiative between North Midland Construction PLC and Brian Evans to invest in a Building subsidiary to supplement the predominantly Civil Engineering activities at North Midland, to deliver growth and return to the Group.  The growth of the company has been achieved on the back of repeat business and delivery to our valued clients.  The Board at North Midland Building Ltd today consists of, Mike Catlin and Ross Kaye.

The company operates out of the Head Office in Sutton-in-Ashfield where it has built bespoke offices for both itself and the Group.
