    Our Business

    North Midland Building Limited was formed in 1995 as the building contracting arm of North Midland Construction PLC.

    The scope of the companies activities include all building related contracts at both a regional and national level for both the public and private sectors.

    North Midland Building Limited undertakes both traditional and design and build contracts and has a long established directly employed design team to offer either a full design and build package for our clients or the design expertise to co-ordinate the design of novated or external design teams.
