North Midland Building has throughout its history built high specification offices for many clients, often enjoying repeat business.

	The Point, West Bridgford, Nottingham  -  the design and construction of a £5.0m, three storey, open plan office development with basement car parking on a main arterial route into the city centre of Nottingham.  The deep basement parking involved careful construction due to the risk from the adjacent River Trent.
	Head Offices at Huthwaite  -  over the years, as the North Midland Group has grown, North Midland Building Ltd has provided the design and build of their office facilities.  The recent pictured Group Offices being the largest to date, boasting many initiatives and environmentally friendly features.
	The Point, Rotherham and Lincoln  -  further projects for the developer Bournston, consisting of 9 No. office units on a Greenfield site and the fit-out and modifications for the user clients as these offices were sold or let.  Lincoln involved two phases of some 5 No. office blocks.
	Sherwood Rise, Nottingham  -  demolition of an existing Victorian building and replacement with bespoke, two storey offices with a steel frame and cladding solution.
