A sector which, over the years, has seen North Midland Building Ltd complete some major projects, particularly with student accommodation schemes where the expertise of our in-house design team has benefitted our clients, with excellence in compliance and leading edge with quality of finish and delivery.  We have similarly enjoyed working on many education related projects for universities and schools.

	The Pavilions, Lincoln  -  Phase 1, £27.0m; Phase 2, £10.0m  -  a design and construct project delivering, currently the best standard of student accommodation in Lincoln.  A major project delivered on time over three academic years, with minimal disruption to the University.
	Manor School, Mansfield Woodhouse  -  a sports hall and associated changing facilities and leisure areas for secondary community usage.
	Walter Halls Primary School , Nottingham  - Construction of a new foundation unit, consisting of a faceted building which provides an economical solution with the rear half consisting of an insulated earth retaining wall structure and the the front half maximizing internal / external relationships with a glazed elevation.
	Bourton Grammar School, Bourton-on-the-Water  -  a new swimming pool, dance and gym facilities built in the grounds of an operational secondary school.
