    Community Fire Station, Dearne Valley   -  A design and build contract providing a new 1,501m2 Community Fire Station housing four appliances with associated offices, accommodation, community and 866m2 of training facilities.  The site overall is 14,065m2.

    Community Fire Station, Cudworth - A design and build contract providing a new 1,025m2 Community Fire Station housing four appliances with associated offices, accommodation, community, training tower and drill yard.  The site overall is 6,149m2.

    Community Fire Station, Staveley, Derbyshire - A fire station for Derbyshire Fire & Rescue located close to the town centre of Staveley. The facility accommodates specialist appliances along with all the necessary accommodation and welfare facilities for the Fire Officers.
