A sector whereby North Midland Building has enjoyed repeat business and serial contracts for the benefit of both our clients and ourselves.

	Uponor, Derbyshire and Durham  -  contracts exceeding £8.0m in value at Uponor’s Blackwell and Newton Aycliffe sites involving some 6 No. factory extensions, a large earth works project, a learning and skills centre new build and several office extensions.
	Severn Trent Water, Derby  -  refurbishment to the value of £6.0m undertaken at Severn Trent’s regional Raynesway office complex, carried out in three major phases over two years, partly under partnership arrangements.
	William West Distribution, Nottingham  -  a series of three contracts involving new build high bay warehousing, extension to the facility and enhancement of climate control to major storage areas.
	Dearne Valley and Cudworth Fire Stations, South Yorkshire  -  two contracts to the combined value of £7.0m, currently under construction for the South Yorkshire Fire Service, benefiting from the experience gained at the completed fire station built at Staveley for Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service.
