The company has successfully completed many major and medium sized residential schemes for a variety of private clients.

	Anchor Point, Sheffield - a £17.0m design and build project of 176 apartments, together with commercial / retail and extensive underground and surface parking facilities.
	Belle Vue Mills, Skipton - a £25.0m design and build project, still under construction, of the refurbishment of a large mill complex into apartments, office accommodation, retail and leisure facilities. The project included high level decks to create canal side gardens, a large glass feature roof, major river works and extensive stone renovations.
	Parkgate, Nottingham - a £5.0m conversion of offices into apartments in the city centre of Nottingham.
	Park Mews, West Bromwich - a traditional housing development of two and three storey houses built out in several phases, immediately adjacent to the spaghetti junction complex on the M6.
