North Midland Building Ltd entered the retail and fit-out sector on the back of major contract works and the experience at Director level from previous companies.  The exposure to fit-out allows the company to offer full and turnkey services.

	Retail Banking Outlet, Nottingham  -  the new build refurbishment of a listed building and facades involving elements of the fit-out.  The contract was achieved on what is reputed to be one of the busiest streets in Europe.
	Raspberry Interiors, Lincoln  -  a shop fit-out of one of the units of the £12.5m Junxion student accommodation project built by the company.  The contract involved the full fit-out package of specialist flooring, lighting, shop fronts, mechanical and electrical, shelving etc.
	Moto Services, Wetherby  -  the recently completed service station of some £10.0m value also enhanced certain elements of the retail units and their fit-out.  In all, a complicated programme, delivered to a satisfied client, on time.
	Listergate, Nottingham  -  a recent retail contract in the city centre of Nottingham to refurbish part of an existing shopping arcade and fit-out the shop fronts and services for four major retailers.
